At YardCraft Tools LLC, we’re committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping on every order. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship garden tool sets and outdoor hand tools across the United States.
Shipping Destinations and Cost
Free standard shipping on every order to the contiguous United States — including freight items. No minimum order and no hidden fees, ever. The shipping cost shown at checkout is always $0.00.
YardCraft Tools LLC ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We don’t currently ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 PM Central Time (CT), on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it’s dispatched.

Freight Shipping — What to Expect
Most of our garden tools ship by standard parcel. If an order is too large or heavy — such as an oversized item or a large bulk order — it ships by freight. Here’s what to expect:
Warehouse and Dispatch Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Parker, Colorado, USA. Delivery times may vary depending on how far your address is from our warehouse.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can be shipped to one address only. If you’d like to ship to several destinations, please place a separate order for each address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, email [email protected] with your name and order number and we’ll investigate promptly.
Shipping Delays
We work hard to meet our delivery timeframes, but occasional delays can happen because of:
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Carrier delays outside our control
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout

Returns and Exchanges
